We’d like to introduce you to Calvin Beach.
Calvin Beach, please share how you got started as we would love to know more about your story!
- Roughly 9 years ago when I was still in high school, I started DJ’ing for Texas Tech University and Local clubs playing many direct support spots, some of the artist I performed with include “Soulja Boy” and “Riff Raff. By the time I had graduated High School, I knew that I had a path in music. Always had a passion for sound, constantly pushing myself to be as versatile and as different as possible.. Slowly but surely I have been working more on live sets and studio work, continuing to see how far I can go:)
What are you most proud of when it comes to your brand?
- My brand is always a good vibe, Im most proud of the fact that I can give people a special night out and always play to the crowd to ensure a good time
What are your goals as an artist?
- Between the business side of the industry and the artist side, my goal is to have my first ep out by the new year. To be mostly playing live sets and incorporating rap from local artists into my live shows.
Any mixes and/or songs you would like to share?
- There are a couple of my live mash ups on soundcloud to check out:) but much more coming this summer and into next year.
