Flow Night at Sounders is about building community, sharing knowledge, and showcasing movement art in all its forms inside Dallas’ new world-class venue.

Flow Tutorials (9 PM – 11 PM):
Learn from seasoned flow artists and instructors offering beginner-friendly sessions across multiple props. This is your chance to sharpen your skills or try something new!
Open Flow Jam (All Night):
Bring your poi, hoops, staffs, fans, whips, or gloves and light up the dance floor! Enjoy a specially designed space with blacklights, LED zones, and ambient vibes for free-flowing expression.
Curated DJ Sets:
Vibe out to a hand-picked lineup of local DJs spinning downtempo, house, bass, and chill cuts to match your movement and keep energy flowing all night long.
Vendors & Visuals:
Engage with local creators, shop handmade flow props and art, and enjoy live visuals enhancing the immersive environment of Sounders.
